With Covid being around and not showing signs of letting go, be wary that shipping may take time, especially overseas (US, Canada and Australia particularly). With that in mind, please be patient while waiting for your order to arrive.

Q: When will Pre-orders be shipped?
A: Pre-orders have an open period and when they close they won't be available. Afterwards there would be a production phase and it depends how much time it takes the manufacturer to create the items (It may take up to a month). With receiving and packing everything, you will be notified for your order to be shipped to your destination. If you have any concerns please feel free to contact me!

Q: What if I add other products along with pre-order ones?
A: If you do so, everything will be shipped together once the pre-ordered products arrive.

Q: Do the orders have tracking on them?
A: Yes, All orders will have a tracking number available, since numerous untracked orders got lost during the beginning of Covid period. Better safe than sorry!

Q: How much time does it take for a regular order to be shipped?
A: It may take up to 7-10 days since I have a job and can't afford staying at home and packing around the clock.

Q: Where do you ship your orders from?
A: I ship from Israel.

Q: Can I cancel a pre-order?
A: I'm sorry but all sales are final after the pre-order period ends. Returns or cancellations will not be accepted afterwards unless the item you received wasn't the same one that you purchased, or is damaged.

Q: My items came damaged
A: Please take a picture of said items and contact me, we will think of a solution together. Either you will receive a replacement free of charge (aside from shipping), or issue a refund.
